Catholic Biblical Association of America Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)
Purpose: To provide support to students who want to pursue their biblical studies. Focus: Bible studies. Qualif.: Applicant must be a full-time student in doctoral programs on biblical studies at four institutions: (a) Catholic University of America; (b) Graduate Theological Union at Barkeley; (c) University of Notre Dame. Criteria: Applicants will be selected based on the following criteria: (1) Doctoral programs in both Old Testament and New Testament, which include a theological component; (2) Quality programs, as judge on faculty and on course requirements, including biblical language requirements resembling those of the Pontifical Biblical Institute for the S.S.L., including both Hebrew and Greek.
