Old-fashioned yakuza Masuo Gunji (Tsuruta) is released after a 10-year prison stint and discovers that all the dock action has been commandeered by the Daitokai crime syndicate. So he gets his former crew together and tells them he wants to muscle in on the black market in Okinawa instead. This doesn't prove to be so easy.
